We were very delighted with our stay.
The property was very nice, very clean and the staff were excellent - all of them.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient.
We would like to stay at this accommodation again and we would reccomend this to our friends.

My expectation through the images on the web site were that we would get a front room overlooking venice, which we did, but with a balcony, which there was not. Also the room was very small, certainly not what I would call a Very nice room as stated on the e-mail. By request we were then moved, however the only nicer room available was a side view of Venice.

This was only because of the situation with the room as detailed above. Otherwise the Hotel was excellent.

As we were moved to a side room by request, originally the manager still wanted to charge us for the rate of the front room. However in the end he did change this to the rate of a side room. It did not help that this was being negotiated at mid night on our last night.

Extremely easy to find. It is just accross the street from the boat landing.

It was a nice added extra to find the sheets turned down each evening!

The price was a bit high but the view of Venice accross the lagoon made it worth it!

Hotel was very easy to find and the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Hotel is opposite the waterboat terminals and could be noisy if windows left open -may be a problem in hot weather.

The hotel looked after our cases, as we were not leaving till afternoon for the airport. Very helpful with information on getting to airport.

Convenient location - excellent breakfast - as much as you want. Hotel rooms and general areas very clean and cheerful. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Staying on the Lido is more relaxing than the mainland and only 10-12 minutes away from St Mark's Square. Waterbuses frequent. Restaurants and cafes to eat out at various prices to suit all.

The staff were extremely gracious and helpful. Most importantly, when you arrive by water bus/taxi, the hotel is right in front of you, at the main boat docks on the Lido. It is especially convenient when flying in to Marco Polo Airport. So when you are jet-lagged you do not have to worry about how to get to the hotel.

During the high season, prices for good hotels in Venice are high, but you should be aware that your experience is made that much more enjoyable if you stay in a high-quality establishment such as the Hotel Panorama.

The rooms are immaculate, with excellent light and are all very clean. In the winter months the heated towel racks are very welcome additions. The staff are especially hospitable and this should be noted.

This hotel is a real gem! The staff are wonderful; very helpful and accomodating as well as highly knowledgeable. The rooms are extremely comfortable with all the amenities one expects of a four-star hotel, and you will enjoy the rooms with a view across the Lagoon of St. Mark's Square. In my mind, this is among the best hotels I've ever stayed in and you will not be disappointed. And for my money, staying on the Lido instead of in the hustle and bustle of Venice is highly preferable, especially during the busy tourist season.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Panorama, the staff were so friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for us, the hotel itself was also spotless and exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the loevly hotel to a friend or return myself.Very nice stay.

The hotel and staff were great very helpful and curteous. In regards to directions I emailed the hotel previous to arriving and they took great care and effort in giving me all the information I needed. The hotel is in a great location and the room was lovely- many thanks for a great stay!!!

The Hotel Panorama was most helpful and our accomodations were exactly what we needed for our group of 12.

The distance to the beach was further than anticipated but we mainly were there to sight-see in Venice so it wasn't an issue.

We were shown the available rooms and given a choice.Big room or view of St. Marks. No contest! What a view to wake up to.

no hassle they even looked up the time for the Alilaguna boat to the airport without us having to ask. In fact they asked us!

A wonderful relaxing place after the hustle and bustle of Venice. Extremely friendly,polite and helpful staff but, not intrusive. Breakfast not quite as good as expected,but much better than some places I've stayed in. Would have loved fresh tomatoes and cucumber

As euro rate had dropped since booking it was more expensive, but the hotel was good and it was for a special occasion - our 25th anniversary, which the hotel kindly provided us with a welcome glass of bubbly each.
