The fact that the main receptionist can speak French was highly appreciate! Every one was exceptionnely smiling; thank you very much. The breakfasts were also a determinant point why I would chose again Hotel Eden. Very nice place, wonderful location.

The service was excellent. The receptionist, Thilly, was very helpful and we had a wonderful time.

Still feel costs of hotels in Venice expensive compared to the rest of the world. Stayed in more spacious hotel in mountains of Swizerland for about same price.

The hotel was clean, and well located and the staff were very helpful and friendly with good English skills.

Venice is expensive no matter where you stay.

You don't need to take the vaporetti to get downtown, it's a nice walk and the staff will give you a map with an easy route on it.
The vaporetti actually takes longer.

Clean, safe, cheap enough and in a nice part of town where there is a good mix of local and tourist activities. Still close enough to everything.
