The hotel had a lot of quality and was visually impressive. We would stay there again on our next visit to Venice.

Impressions were very good. My wife was particularly impressed by the help from staff getting our bags to the water taxi, she found the staff very good here.

Some discussion of the vaporetto lines, direction of travel, and costs would be helpful. Like a quick download that people could print and have handy when they arrive in Venice. You may have this on your site, but I didn't look. When we arrived at the train station, I had a bit of trouble making sure that I was on the right line. And then I had to pay for both people and luggage. Not a big deal, just something that might help travellers.

We were absolutely delighted with the hotel. Rooms are small, but that's expected. The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful.

The week I was there they had free tea in the restaurant from 4-5 PM. Very nice and a chance to socialize with other travellers.

A design hotel. Very beautiful and the design creates a feeling of relaxation and ease. Very close to the vaporetto line, and nicely removed from the over-crowded San Marco tourist area.

The location near museams on the Dosodoro is a definate plus. The pace on the dosodoro is more relaxed.

The rooms were clean, up to date, but I definitely would not call them spacious.

The staff was superior. Very polite and extraordinarily helpful. They even walked me to the water taxi at 4:30 AM, which was above and beyond the call of duty. I was very happy that they did accompany me at that hour.

Very good. Only facility unavailable was the restaurant which was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests were given a complimentary bottle of wine to apologise for inconvenience - so very well looked after.

Our room was a bit small, but the amenities were great, eg the furnishings, decor, bathroom, breakfast, etc.

It's a beautiful art deco-style hotel in a great location - a bit off the beaten path but still pretty central. Good for people who like modern style but still want character.

The room was adequate and first class in quality and cleanliness etc.
The storage space and shower area were inadequate for 2 people very cramped with low ceilings and not at international standards.
