Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time at Podere Sant'Alessandro - the apartments were very comfortable, nicely designed and peaceful. Would love to go back!

We arrived on saturday at 7.15pm. Alfredo was welcoming us, when we asked about nearest grocery store he drove us over there. Otherwise we would not have got food before monday. He also showed us around the property as well as pointed from the map the best places to see nearby. He also gave us the bottle of their own red wine.

The staff was very polite and hospitable. They made everything they could that we would feel like home. Service was excellent!On our last night we were invited to have a italian family dinner which we loved.

The place was gorgeous and very well kept. Garden area was green and peaceful, ideal place to enjoy the Tuscanys beautiful sunset. Our spacious appartment Suite Dali was great with its private patio. We hoped to have romantic holiday and we certainly got it! No question about it, we will be back!

We got very lost on our way to this place - I could give you better directions if you like - this is a family run business and was delightful - we loved our stay there and the accomodation was exactly as we thought. Beautiful place and we would go back.

We checked out the night before because we were leaving early -7 a.m. the next day - the proprietor - Patti - got up and baked fresh croissants before we left and ran them out to us in the car because we were leaving before the usual breakfast time. Just such a nice homey feel there and a nice reprive from all the city travel we had done in Venice and Florence.

It would be the only place I would recommend mainly because of the friendlyness of the owners and the quality of the installation.

The family greeted us and immediately showed us our apartment and the rest of the property. They welcomed us with gifts from the farm (olive oil and wine)and gave us a freshly made cake. Everything was available for us to have breakfast the next morning.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The family was very helpful in terms of directions, recommendations, etc. They were always very polite and friendly.

Throughout our entire stay, the owner could not have been more friendly or helpful if he'd tried.

The property was made to look much larger in the photos. I was aware the property didn't have a/c but didn't realise how uncomfortably hot it would be. The property was extremely noisy.

Despite being a furnished rental, what was provided in the apartment was evry basic. We couldn't even get access to a kettle. The square meterage of the apartment should be displayed on the website along with floorplans.

The owners were extremely friendly & went out of their way to assist you, however, they live upstairs and seemingly stomp around up there at all hours of the day and night. Don't even consider staying in an apartment here or anywhere in Tuscany without a/c.
