They did not know about a special rate offer listed on their website, which we were quoted on our voucher. However, once they looked at it, they were very accommodating and gave us the special rate offer we were quoted.

we were really impressed that the rooms and bathrooms were so clean and nice. I wanted to explore Siena more but we were so tired after traveling 27 hours!. Now I need to come back and see more.I love the food,people This was my first trip to Italy and I will be back. Love Italy

The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we had during our trip. It was in a good location and just a short walk to the town center. I would recommend this hotel.

When we checked out the receptionist called a cab to take us to the train station. The cab arrived in 2 minutes and we were good to go.

You should state exactly how far you are from the town center. We had no problem walking there but someone who is not in good health might have had a problem.

It was a lovely place. The person at the desk--Mauro I believe--was incredbily helpful, and went out of his way to make sure our stay in Seina was a wonderful expereince. His care, recomendations, and adcive made all of the difference. I woudl absolutely return to this hotel if I were ever in Siena again.

A carming, clean, reasonably princed place--a bit too far from the historical center of town, but the value makes up for the inconvenience of having to take a bus to the main sights. The staff is warm and helpful.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. Directions were probably fine, but because of our error we had trouble finding it.

Very nice, helpful staff. A good value. Pretty, clean, good breakfast. We liked the availibilty of the bottle of wine & glasses in the room, even though we had to pay for it.

Not clear how far it is from Siena - the site made it sound like you could easily walk it. We were only able to take a bus once since the schedule was not regular. The buses stop running at night earlier than we were told. Taxi is the only reliable way to get back and forth. I wish we were told that up front so that we didn't waste time waiting for the buses.

Good value for the rate that is charged. Clean rooms - nicely decorated - good breakfast - friendly staff.

The hotel offers a number of excellent guided tours, car rental, bike rental, wine tasting and cooking classes. We took a guided tour in English of Chianti and it was incredible.

The ease of use and convenince make it an excellent method of booking accomadations. I used the service for all of my accomadations on our two week tour of Italy and making and cancelling reservations was painless.

The hotel was updated and modern, but still managed to be decorated in traditional Tuscan style.

Directions state that you can reach by foot from the train station. This would be very difficult as it is mostly uphill from the station and the distance would make it a tiring walk, particularly with luggage.

It was a big trouble. I ordered last year in December 2005 the Hotel for March 2006. A lot of time! The first night we spend in an ugly one bed room. The bathromm was a horror trip! One toilet and before the toilet the shower. I never haven't seen such a small and ugly bathroom. The window was bricked! Now other rooms were free! The other day we got the room which we booked. A beautiful double room. But the first night was horrible. It was the worsest stay which we had in our round trip through the toscany.

Only I will book when I exactly get the room as on the web site - the same hotel room as in the picture! I had it in the second night. But the first night was a horor trip!

Once we checked in we wanted to go to dinner and we received a great recommendation and great directions from the receptionist. Makes for a much better stay when you have been traveling.

The toilet leaked onto the floor when flushed. They couldn't fix it, so they moved us to anothr room the following day. We had to spend one day and night in a room with a very messy bathroom.

Nice enough place, nothing particularly special to recommend it. Not someplace I would say I definitely want to return to, but good enough value for the cost.

Nice, very small bathroom, good shower, quiet and reasonably convenient. Breakfast hours are quite limited.
