We stayed at The Palazzo Leopoldo with our 2 teenage boys. We had a wonderful experience there. Daniel was extremely helpful. We will reccommend it to all of our friends!

Our suite was very nice and spacious and had a wonderful terrace. The one complaint we have about our suite, the Umberto, is the shower was very tiny. The hotel upgraded us from a junior suite to a suite which was a very nice added extra.

We were not aware of the kitchenette which was very nice. It may be on your website, but we were unaware of it.

I would give the hotel very high marks in all aspects. We stayed five nights and they were most helpful and professional. The room was very large, the breakfast buffet had a large assortment of meats, cheeses, pastries.

A very nice hotel in a rather small town. You must have a car, and be interested in takeing day trips to the surrounding wineries, towns, countryside.

The place is charming, the staff very accomodating, the views are fabulous from the terrace, and the village is filled with charm, shops and nice restaurants. If you want a stay in Chianti it is a great location.

Hotel was terrific. Town is quite charming.
Staff terrific. Breakfast great. Room and Hotel kept very clean.

Directions- it is much shorter and convenient to take the Super Highway and get off a little further north (from Rome)than it appears on map. It is a shorter distance and shorter time. Suggest your instructions include more than a map but which stop to get off from various key points (whether from Florence or Rome, etc.)

The management sent us a complimentary bottle of wine on the day of my birthday, and made us feel very much at home. If we are in the region, we definitely will go back.

We had great difficulty with the use of the keys in the room. We spent alot of time trying to lock the door and needed staff assistance a few times. This was very annoying.
