Really the property was nicer in the sense that I did not expect the beatiful views and the swimming pool setting was amazing. The fact that was in such a rural setting, but with all the commodities was great for me.

I don't think that I knew that the hotel was a few kms away from the nearest town, also that the road to get into the hotel was a track. In reality, this did not matter to me, as I personally like outdoor settings, but maybe some people would prefer to know this well in advance.
I would take a picture of the swimming pool, that is something great!

Great hotel, absolutely beatiful setting.
The wines and food are very good, and the staff even gave us a little wine testing and recommended us a very good wine for dinner!
It is the perfect place to relax and do outdoor activities!

A wonderful location with a spectacular view staffed by friendly and helpful staff. This is a real 'jewel' in Tuscany's crown, completely unspoilt and with excellent accommodation. We will definitely return there.

The road is very rough, if we'd had our sports car we couldn't have got up to the hotel without damaging it.

Very characterful, spacious, lovely setting.
Could do with the availablity of an evening meal as no restauraunt within walking distance.

We were very staisfied with this Hotel. It was probably the best stay we had in our travels around Tuscany. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel is in a beautiful site, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Great place for relaxing.

We found the accomodation excellent.The owner and staff were very helpful.We also found the hotel suitable for the children.We would have no difficultyin staying there again.

I would recomend the hotel as suitable for a few days stay as apposed to a two weeks holiday.Isay this in the context of a family travelling with three young children.

Unlike the other roads we experienced in Italy, the road to the Hotel le Noci is of very poor quality, suitable for 4x4 vehicles only.
