All the staff at this location were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times. We truly enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back in the near future. The room was very clean and comfortable. they were very kind and helpful for us. their olive oil is very good. it was very beautiful. the grounds were well maintained.

our only difficulty was finding it- we did experience some confusion with the address (riomaggione) and the location (Quercegrossa). however, once we found it everything went perfectly.

You have terrific people working at the
reception - great English, very friendly and
helpful - our favorite people in Italy!
Recommended some great restaurants.

The common areas were amazing - what a view!
It would be nice to list the individual
apartments on the web so we could choose.
You can hear your neighbors through the
walls a bit. Wonderful accomodations in the
kitchen - and a great meal by the hosts!

Very quick and easy - although we wanted to
leave early and the office does not open
until 9:30. Maybe longer hours for the
reception?

Incredible views - like something out of a
movie! Great pool, fabulous gardens and
flowers, terrific meal. Rooms are fine - a
bit small and spartan, but who cares? You
will be outside the whole time anyway. So
much fun to see the farmers at work! We
could hear our neighbors a bit. If you have
the chance, stay here - for a week!

No 'food basket' as such but there were a few basic supplies in cupboard.

We loved the location and privacy. Pool area was great and staff really friendly.
Good washing facilities etc. Beautiful gardens and surroundings. Breakfast fairly basic but entirely adequate. Only one minor complaint - our sofa cover was dirty and a tour we wanted was cancelled.

Beautiful garden setting with lovely views and a great pool area and no shortage of sunbeds. Privacy and solitude if you wanted it. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good location for touring Tuscany.

We put our car into a ditch on the way to the apartment, and the hostess Daniela and her family came and got us out! Very warm and interesting welcome!
The directions say to follow the signs to Lornano, but when you get off the highway, there is no sign to Lornano - that we could find, at least....

We were in a downstairs apartment and it was very loud when someone was in an apartment overhead.

It was a charming farmhouse and the views from our front porch were amazing! It was a very nice place to stay.
