We choose this hotel because it is very clean and very cloose to the metro system. It is not suitable to spend the evening hours but after a day touring in Rome one only want to sleep. The price quality ratio is good European standard

We asked for a twin bed room which was not available and ended up in a 3 bed room.

Hair dryer and bord for personal things in the bath room missing. Bathrobes were not available in the room. Shower was not in best condition. Location was very good and in a nice quiet area. Short way to Metro as mentioned. Colour TV had no German programm.
Breakfast was good but not an American buffet breakfast.

Renew the bath rooms. Mould can be seen on different places on the wall.

trying to get a drink from the bar in the evening was dreadful bar man could never be found and after 20minutes waiting almost gave up as did another couple waiting actually had to go and find him unfortuantly had to do the same again next night.

I had requested a double bed. Instead we received two twin beds. When we arrived there were at least two guests demanding to see the manager. That gave me a clue that the hotel might not be functioning at a high level. We were not offered help with our luggage or given directions to our room.

The hotel is apparently a coverted apartment building. The lifts are so small two people can barely fit in them. The layout of the hotel is very confusing. It took us 10 minutes to find our room. The remote control for our television was missing. Repeated requests for one failed to get one delivered. The television had only Italian language channels. Hardly helpful for a hotel where most of the guests are not Italian.

The shuttle to the airport was appoximately 45 minutes late. The driver made up for that by driving about 90 MPH on the autostrada to the airport.

The hotel is well removed from the tourist areas. Few residents of the area speak English or any language but Italian. This presents a problem when dining or trying to buy something in a shop in the neighborhood. The hotel is very close to a major arterial road. Ambulances with sirens sounding are constantly passing by. The impression I got was that the place just barely functioned. Almost every time I was near the front desk there was a guest there complaining about something.

The room was clean and large enough. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The hotel is too far from the city center. I would not recommend it to a friend. Even though it was cheaper than staying closer to the city center the reduction in price was not enough to offset the negatives.

the reservation was lost (hotel mistake) becuase they found it after looking in their computer. This took 1 hour

The room was quite noisy, as we were able to hear people's conversations in the hallway. Would request a quieter room, away from the elevator and stairwell.
