there was a taxi at the airport to meet us and we were driven straight to the apartment with no problems
...
it was a very comfortable stay. the rooms were clean and spacious. travelling from there was also no problem because of the metro line close by. Andrea was there to receive us and gave us all the necessary maps and information.
i would recommend these rooms very strongly as they are very good value for money.

The apartment was good for 4 people! Confortable, quite, near a tube and clean. The street were it is located smells a bit because of the garbige bins...Anyway, the only problem was with the heat system! The heater wasn't working so well and the reservatory for hot water was very small, in order that we had to take quick showers...

There wasn't a good isolation against the noise (thin door and thin walls) so we heard the noisy neighbours very well. The plumbing was also slightly defficient (low pressure in the shower, noise in the pipes).
It would be great if some cleaning products were provided, so that we can do some cleaning during our stay.
A microwave oven would heve been useful, too.

The apartment was a nice studio flat, furnished and equipped with everything necessary for our stay. It's well situated, in a quiet area near the city centre. The staff were very polite and helpful.

We had problems with kitchen acessories as pot for cooking. The ones in the property were extremely in bad condition. We found a place nearby selling a whole set for 6 euros, but obviously I wouldn't take it for 3 days and carry along. Anyway, I advise the owners to buy a new set.

Due to our departure time, very early in the morning, we couldn't have any staff waiting for us, but it was no problem at all, since we've spoken early about it. I also got no receipt for my payment, but it's not a problem as well, since I already got my card statement and the value paid was right.

I would add that there is a internet cafe nearby for very cheap price, open up to 1am, if not mentioned.
Renovation in kitchen acessories is a must. Front door locker also need to be changed. We almost got stuck outside the apartment, if not for a neightbour tourist that heard we desesperately trying to enter (who also mentioned having the same problem).

Andrea was very helpful in accomodating us as good as possible despite our early arrival (before agreed check in time) and gave us a warm welcome and provided a great overview of the apartment.

very conveniently located - 1 block to the subway, supermarket, ice cream parlor, bakery...perfect location for 'living' in Rome, i.e. being far enough outside to enjoy a quiet environment but close enough to all the sites!

It might be worth informing people that they can get a bus from the airport to the end of the metro line Agagnina (?) for about 1 euro each. Quicker & cheaper than going via terminii

We enjoyed it very much. A corkscrew and maybe a kettle would be additional benefits. We liked the area and the local shops, easy access for food for breakfast etc.

I would reccommend it as basic, clean, comfortable accommodation. Not particularly central, but easy to acceess from metro

One additional information could be added to the directions published online. That is the Tuscolana train station. We were at first a bit confused where we should go but we got help at the ticket office of the airport railway station. Then the rest was easy, the map published online was very clear. Your website says that one should take a train to Termini but I think at least from Fiumicino it was very easy to arrive to Tuscolana.

Maybe the apartment was a bit smaller than expected, but it was ok. Upstairs lives someone who likes to walk around their apartment with very noisy shoes on! That was frustrating, especially in the mornings! I had to go to pharmacy and by a pair of earplugs so I could sleep, because the walking tour started every morning at about 6.30. Also, the walls seemed to be like paper, we could hear everything from the neigbourhood. Positive thing was that everyone there - upstairs and travellers in the other apartments - knew when it was time to stop making noise, so the nights were silent.

I have never had that easy check out. Just leave the keys to the table and walk out. The staff wasn't available at the residence but we got always help from hotel Le Petit as we were told. People there were very helpful even if 'our' Andrei wasn't there.

If you need a simple place to stay I would recommend this. If you want a luxury hotel room at the city centre, you have to be prepared to pay double this price. We chose this place because of the price. We didn't expect really much but got almost what we expected.

Rooms are very noisy. Contact sound by neighbours' footsteps and closing doors etc., as if they stay in your room..

No reception in the building (actually that's no problem because of the location of the main hotel, nearby the subway station Repubblica).

Location good, nearby a subway station and not too far from the centre.
Rooms are rather spacial.

We were met at the airport by the driver organised by the hotel which was good. The driver dropped us off at a suburban address which we thought was the wrong place. After telephoning the contact, a representative arrived and showed us to our apartment. This was somewhat misleading as it was in an residential area. The apartment was good except for the lack of a washing machine and the person who lived above the apartment kept us awake late in the evening and early morning by her movement with shoes on.

The fact that it was not connected to a hotel or reception was misleading and disappointing. Otherwise, the accommodation was fine and was located close to the metro.

All self contained apartments in Australia have a washing machine plus a dryer so it was disappointing to find that there were none available in the apartment.

appartment was clean and tidy, however it was further from the city than advertised. also the the last metro to the appartment was at 9.00pm which ment the only way of traveling into the city centre was a taxi every eveing, this should also be mentioned in the add,
other than that we had a very nice stay

The property was farther away than we had expected, and the taxi cab driver had a difficult time finding the location. (Metro line closed at 9pm) Otherwise, the property was clean, and comfortable. The property Manager was very accomodating and polite.

It would have been helpful to know that the subway lines close at a certain time each night, and you would be forced to take a taxi to the apartment. The cost of the taxi was quite high at 35-40 Euros one way.

Comfortable, spacious and quite. You are located in the neighborhood where there are literally no tourists. There was a wonderful pizza restaurant a block away from the apartment. The best pizza in Rome!

in all the hotels i've been in rome, re diroma is the best i like. except that the hot water easily runs out but apart from that everything is absolutely perfect. thank you for the service being rendered. and if ever i come back to Rome again, i would make my reservation at Re diroma again.

There was nothing wrong with the room; however, we ran out of toilet paper and had to purchase it and there was only the very basic equipment in the kitchen to make a meal with and no dish soap or extra dishes for cooking with. The mid stay cleaning was excellent and the room was very clean when we arrived. The hotel may wish to consider getting a new mattress as it was starting to sag. The air conditioning was a bonus.
