Excellent location for the city. Friendly staff and good accommodation. Lots of restauants and bars surrounding the hotel. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this property. It is situated in a quiet but pleasant neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from the Barberini subway station or the Spanish Steps. In terms of the decor, furnishings and every modern convenience, the hotel is **** quality. The absence of a restaurant seems to be the only thing that makes them only 3 star.
When my husband's wallet was stolen, the front desk staff were most helpful and supportive, even to the extent of preparing a late night supper for us because we were too tired and it was too late to go to a restaurant by the time we got back from the police station.
We will definitely go back when we return to Rome.

Lovely hotel. Nice clean modern room. Good choice at breakfast. Pity it wasn`t a little nearer a metro station. Lots of good eating places in this area.

The receptionist switched the room reserved on my name with another one reserved by somebody else (a friend of mine) - I noticed at check out that the room was on anothe name - the room reserved on my name was better than the one I got. But the rooms are clean and spacious, a bit nosy.

A nice and good hotel compared with others same level in Rome. Rooms clean and well positioned from the noise point of view.

Reception staff were very polite, professional and well prepared at all times especially when we arrived so late at the hotel from the airport. The night receptionist did not delay with the check in and we were escorted to our rooms immediately.

There are renovation works on at the moment which start very early in the morning. Drill etc used are very loud

Staff at reception were once again very efficient and helpful when checking out. There was no delay which is important when one is going to the airport in midday traffic!

Well decorated, modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and not intrusive. Location is a little far out from the main thoroughfare.
Check for renovation works!!!

We had booked 3 double rooms with a cot in one of these rooms. However, on arrival we had been allocated 2 doubles and a triple. The hotel were fantastic though, and upgraded us to better rooms

Arrived late. Rooms seemed to be randomly assigned. Construction work caused some noise.

No internet access available. Bar only open until 11pm ??? ~Website may give the impression that there is a restaurant.

Professional staff - rooms exactly like picture on website - not very helpful when people had to change rooms due to construction. Breakfast relaxing and nice. Central location. Would stay there again.

The Dining Room wasnt open for hot evening food. We were expecting to have an impressive evening meal there, but they were only serving cold evening meals.

With regard to your e-mail I should like to confirm that our stay at the London and Cargill Hotel was a very pleasant one. The room was lovely, the service was perfect, friendly and warm, the price was very reasonable and of course,. the location of the hotel is perfect. We give this hotel very high marks and we are certain to go back whenever we visit Rome again. Thank you for recommending it to us,

some of the rooms were worse than on the picture. we had 4 rooms and 2 of them were not worth the price.
