It was not located in the greatest of neighborhoods, but the pictures of the hotel itself were exact.

The gentleman who checked us out was so kind and helpful. The breakfast that was provided was wonderful. Even though our stay was only one night, it was still a restful one.

The hotel is not as close to Termini Train station as we would have hoped. We were looking for something within walking distance and it was not, even though the website stated that it was close to the train station.

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. The breakfast service is great. However, it is located in a shady neighborhood that I did not feel safe in. If you took that hotel and put it in a better location, it would probably do a lot better. If you are looking to stay within walking distance of Termini station, then don't go here.

Our room was situated at the front of the hotel overlooking the market square. We stayed over on Friday evening and this seems to be the area where most people, mainly students hang out! The noise from the gathering in the square was very loud and continued from 10pm till around 3am!
If we were staying longer, we would have asked for a room at the back!

Very nice hotel with exceptionally helpful staff.

Re quality of room: it was clean, quiet, private, but small. This is why I marked it good instead of very good.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le réceptionniste qui nous a été de très bon conseil pour toute la durée du séjour.
Nous sommes arrivés tôt (vers 11h00) pour réceptionner nos chambres. Dans le hall d’entrée, le plafond avait des fuites. Si certaines chambres étaient prêtes, la mienne avait un problème de dégâts d’eau (encore). Nous avons dû demander à la personne qui la réparait de nous laisser nous doucher et qu’elle pouvait ensuite terminer le travail, ceci malgré sa réticence et quelques allers et retours à la réception. L’hôtel est propre et mis à part le couac ci-dessus, a correspondu à notre attente.
Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux ; cependant, nous avons dû attendre pour avoir des assiettes et pour nous installer ,car ça prenait un peu de temps pour débarrasser les tables des personnes précédentes.

The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was quiet and spacious, but needed a bit of attendance. The shower was a tad moldy and there was a stain on the bedsheet. Overall, the room was fair.
