The receptionist very kindly accompanied us to our room and explained the hotel facilities.

Airport transfer was offered and organized swiftly. Very politely helped along by driver.

Excellent cappuccino at breakfast! Very central location within walking distance of several major sites. A comfortable trambus which takes you around all the important places worth seeing has a stop right in front of the hotel.
...
If you have a problem with traffic noise, try to get a room away from the street. Considering everything else, you will certainly enjoy your stay with these friendly people.

Originally I booked double room, but in fact for first night we’ve got triple. Good room, very spacious with big bathroom. But for the second night we’ve got very small room without toilet and with tiny shower in the room. We paid less for this room, but I think, they should informed me ahead about this changes
...
I think this hotel is good value for money. Mostly because of it’s central location. But stuff is also friendly and polite. And they have different rooms: very nice, clean and spacious for those who wants pay more for addition facilities, and tiny rooms only with shower for those who prefers central location, but wants pay less.

Hotel Fiori The staff were very friendly + helpful. It was all very clean The breakfast could of been better but I did have wonderful cuppacinos. The big draw back for me was for the amount I paid, I think I should have had a bigger room with a toilet. It really was just a little box. I know Rome is expensive but I know people that live there + even they were surprised for the price I paid at the size of the room + no toilet.

it was not exactly as i thought . our hotels
in sienna and florence were better at the same
cost, but i understand that rome is more
expensive.

iwould not necessarily recommend this hotel
but i would not disuade someone either.
