We were very pleased with the attention & politeness.
They have even helped us in booking a city tour on the same day we arrived.
They have also arramge for transportation to and from airport and to the port on the nest day.
I would not hesitate to recommand the Hotel Claridge and staff to my friends.

Having been at the Claridge earlier in the year we were familiar with the quality of accomodation and the facilities available. We did request a room to the front of the hotel and were pleased to find that this had been arranged. The Claridge is a quality hotel in a great location at a reasonable rate.

The air conditioning did not work very well. It was rather hot and when i complained about it they came to the room and agreed that it was hot but could do nothing about fixing it or moving us to another room.

we were very late and tired and the receptionist was very speedy and kind.

We were absolutely delighted and can't wait to come back. The hotel was lovely - smart and new and superbly clean, with very friendly and helpful staff and it made our holiday most enjoyable.

The staff kindly agreed to hold our luggage while we did some more sightseeing as we had a late afternoon flight.

Our shower was great and the bed was huge.
Only (very small) downside was that we couldn't pick up a radio station on the tv so we could listen to some music while getting ready to go out in the evening.

I enjoyed it very much and I'm sure I will book a room at this hotel for my future job trips to Rome.

I'm very demanding about hygiene. I would never put up with an untidy or perfectly clean room. My single room at Claridge Hotel was very very clean. I mean, not just standard cleaning... Moreover, it was well equipped.

I would surely recommend it to my friends, because it provided a very accurate service and was very good value for money.

Both lifts @ the hotel are quite claustrofobic - for me was not a big deal, but some people felt a bit uncomfortable.

A place definitely worth to stay at with professional services, nice sourrounding, styled in a very modern way.
