The receptionist was expecting us and we had a warm welkom!

The breakfast was very simple and in the very small reception of the hotel. But exactly what we expected!

The hotel is not located next to the street but just behind the first row of houses. though it was very quit.

Booked a twin room, but hotel wasnt aware a twin room was needed, apparently they are not told what type of room is required, but was quickly sorted. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful.

However eating breakfast in a reception area with 3 tables in was a little disappointing.

Eating area should be better described, as this wasnt really a suitable room to enjoy breakfast.

Clean and tidy, good value for money and ideally located. Staff were helpful and polite.

The room was very clean & the staff was very helpful. The hotel was very near the bus termini which I found very useful. Also it was not a far from all the main attractions in Rome. Very pleased considering the price.

This is not a hotel but a B&B. You can hear the sound from other room. The doublebed room as crammed up... You have to walk sideways. The breakfast is served at reception. Worst of breakfast at worst of places.

I imagined the property was more of a hotel than it was, in fact it was a few rooms with no real facilities. It would have been good if there had been a proper breakfast room and I shudder to think what would have happened if more than 3 couples had turned up for breakfast at the same time. It was very odd that we were not given plates to eat our breakfast off.

A perfectly adequate accommodation, centrally located and convenient for the numerous attractions in Rome. Cleanliness could not be faulted. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
Do not expect a typical hotel experience.

Only 1 problem: The bed was not too comfortable (very hard bed).

Noise from the other rooms disturbed our sleep, the walls were very thin.
The Staff went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable, they helped us find locations in the city and made us tea in the evening on our return. The Staff were very polite and friendly.

The credit card machine was not working - which was not the Staff's fault but we had not planned to pay with cash.

There was quite alot of outside noise, some building work was taking place alongside the hotel room.
The bedroom/living area was quite cramped. The bathroom was spacious and the daily maid service was excellent.
The breakfast area was in reception which was sometimes busy with people checking in/out and wasn't ideal. Breakfast was vey basic.

Very small area for breakfast. Arrive early if you don't want to wait. I had to wait 15 minutes one morning before I even sat down.

rooms were ok but walls were very thin you could hear everything.The breakfast room was actually in the hotel lobby and was just three tables and chairs up against the wall.The breakfast was also very poor,in fact we skipped it after the first morning.Thay would be beter offering NO breakfast.

The hotel's credit card machine was
mysteriously broken, as reported by prior
guests. I suspect they really do not have a
credit card machine. The room was very
small, and the shower in the bathroom was not
even separated with a curtain, resulting in a
semi-flooded bathroom every morning. Overall
the hotel was very disappointing for having 3
stars.

We didn't realize that some of the rooms apparently are rented to full time residents. This wasn't a problem and we enjoyed it's central location and the people were very helpful.

As an intimate, very small hotel. Very central lokated, with a minimalised breakfast. Clean and all right. At arrival the receptionist carried our heavy luggage uo to our room. Bravo!

No option for smoking or non-smoking in voucher. The room had a very strong smell of smoke in it.
We might as well have slept on the floor, the bed was so hard.

Breakfast was very basic. Dining area was very small. Room was clean but walls were paper thin, we could hear a person snoring next door and the person might as well have been in the room with us.
