There is no illuminated sign for FORUS - you do need to have the street address handy, as there is a nameplate and bell at street level to ring. Helpful directions to local private undercover parking - who had been informed by hotel and were expecting us.

Busy street but quiet in evening and night. Helpful staff directed us to very convenient laundrette a few doors away.

Adequate continental breakfast is served to the room - not a separate breakfast room.

Extremely central and handy to walk to many local attractions such as Colloseum, Forum, and within 100 metres of underground railway for longer excursions. Close to local commercial price parking. Pleasant and large room - overlooking street, but quiet at night. Good value.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. It was most pleasant, clean and efficient and in a good location. We will recommend it to our fellow travellers to Rome.

We had some problems with the pickup at the airport, but that was mainly due to the drivers lack of language knowledge. His english was non-excisting, as was our italian.

The room was very clean an tidy. All you needed was there. The reception was open 24 hours which was a nice, and appreciated service for such a small hotel. The only drawback was that you heard all the sounds from the neighbours.

This is a most pleasant small hotel, very conveniently located (though not easy to find in the dark). It is an easy walk from the Termini, a few feet from a metro stop and a short walk to the Colloseum. The room was not large, but very nicely appointed, comfortable and very clean.

The great location should be stressed.
This was the most economical place I found in the area I wanted and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. A great value!

Very noisy, very, very small room, window only at the bathroom.

The smallest room I ever saw, very disturbing, the receptionists wakeing us up by screaming at the corridor every morning or putting the radio on at the reception cross the corridor. I will not recomand to stay there to anyone.

The room was exrtremely small, it was located right next to the front desk, so we could hear there phone and staff in the evening/early morning when we were in our room. Again as stated that room was exrtremely small, there was hardly any space for the 4 (2 adults/2 small children) and our luggage.

The only negative was the breakfast. On the website both national and internationl was available. But when we arrived only Italian breakfast was offered.
Otherwise everything else was perfect!!

Situated very good, access to subway, train & bus very easy!

The jacuzzi sprinklers in the bath tub were not cleaned as it should have been and we found hair on the walls in the bathroom. We also could hear exactly what the people in the room next to us say, due to poor isolation of the rooms.

It was hard to see the room - the light was out!

The hot water was out for several hours in the morning. The room was much smaller than expected. I don't know whether the services was available, I didn't ask for them.
