They had the most comfortable beds of any
of the several places we stayed in Rome.
The staff was very friendly, gracious,
and helpful. I would recommend the
Fenicia to my friends. The only drawback
was the lack of an elevator, and that
will be done in July. If I go back to
Rome, I'll plan to stay at the Fenicia.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in giving us directions to see some of the sites in Rome. We loved out accommodations and stay there!

The couple running Hotel Fenicia is friendly, charming and most of all, quite willing to go above and beyond their call of duty.
The price was reasonable. I was thrilled.

The bathroom of the room we were given was VERY tiny. We had only been in the room for 5 minutes and they offered us the room oopposite which had a better view, and a much better sized bathroom!

The room was basic and adequate, very nice people who were happy to help if needed. The last morning though there was only enough hot water for one person to have a shower! The other one had shocck treatment with cold water!

They were very helpful as we had to check out at 10am, but did not leave for the airport until 2.15pm - and let us leave our bagge behind their reception.

Very well situated if you want to be near the terminus (access to buses, trains, metro and city tour buses.

The only negative is that the hotel did not provide breakfeast - I was unaware of this - all that was stated prior to my arrival was that there was no restraunt in this hotel

we stayed here because it was close to the termini. the room was clean and the shower was hot. however, our room was very small...not enough room to walk around the bed. the room was also very noisy.
