Basic room but very clean with nice bathroom.
Room was serviced every day including Sunday (fresh towels and bed made up).
I am very happy to recommend on the basis of good value for money.

Basic but clean hotel situated within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Rome and other attractions easily accessible by Metro or other convenient transport. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Breakfasts extremely basic and could be improved.

We had some medical emergency issues during our stay and the reception staff were excellent in organising taxis, English-speaking doctors etc. We were very thankful for their help.

While the details about taking the yellow and white taxis from Termini was useful (although those taxis were hard to identify), it would be good to include the advice that if you want to catch a taxi you need to find the official place that they leave from - if you try and catch a taxi from anywhere else around the station they will try and charge outrageous prices for a 3-minute ride.
