The receptionist area is in the top of the building, and the elevator is to small, so, frecuently there are many people waiting for it, then, was necesary walk the 5 floor in order to arraive whith the recepcionist. ¿why not this area is in the first label, in front to the door entrance?

Will be good, if at the begining of our days with you, your people take a few minuts, to give us a induction to Rome, and recommend some tours, places or activities, in your very important and interesting city.

When we arravied to Rome, the The taxi driver fools us, the cashing 50 [euros] of the station Terminal to the hotel.
May be good if you include in your service the transportation, for a just payment.

We all found the staff very helpful and they could answer any questions we asked when we arrived concerning directions in Rome. The room was ready when we arrived and was good

The room and bathroom were both clean, they were done each day. Because there were 5 of us the room was a little squashy but was fine to sleep in. The breakfast was plentiful and good.

There was no problem leaving our bags in hotel for the day which was good and handy for travellers.

Lift is very small if you have large bags and the reception is on the 5th floor which means you need to use the lift to get there.
May be worth mentioning that a laundromat for washing is only around the corner.

A clean hotel to sleep in, not noisey, close to train station and not far to walk to anywhere in Rome. Restaurants in every street around the hotel safe area at night. Pleasant people to deal with.

The receptionists desk was on the fifth floor so we had to maneuver the old elevator and barly got out bags in. We had to wait a long time the elevator and decided to use the stairs most the time.

The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning works great, and the staff is happy and pleasant.
The roof top terrace is more lovely than the web site shows. We enjoyed excaping from the city to bask in the sun under jasmine and roses, with the shade of umbrellas and cold brews, we felt refreshed!
Also, the breakfast was plentiful and diverse.
The internet access was a nice surprise. Three terminals! Yea!

Kid friendly but hip for the younger folks. I think they have a hostel in the hotel. The roof top garden was the best!

The receptionist was very kind and he helped us personally to find a place for our car til we could use the garage.
It was very polite.

Reception staff were overworked and very grumpy.

Excellent rooms, spacious, clean, well appointed and with comfortable beds. Reception on the 5th floor is served by a miniscule elevator, so don't take big bags! Some of the reception staff were rude, some were OK. This hotel also has dormitory rooms so the tiny reception area was often packed with people and service was very slow. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everywhere. Plenty of decent restaurants nearby.

One has to go to the fifth floor with all the luggage in a very small elevator and then back down to your room without any help.

The hotel was even better than we expected. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, and it was wonderful to have free internet access. The location was close to the Metro and the train station, and moderately priced dining. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, and the air conditioning worked (which was great considering Rome was so hot). We would recommend the hotel to others.

On your website the hotel is described with the possibolity of a parkingplace, but when we arrived there was no possibility to park our car by the hotel. Before we have booked the hotel we asked also directly by Hotel Les Artistes and they confirmed that it is no problem to stay our car. So: our car parked 5 days on the street with a high parking rate. That was very annoying!

The reception is on the 5th floor. Reception and rooms are quite limited (narrow) if you speak of a hotel and not of a guest-house. But the small rooms are nice and clean and the roof garden is really a nice place for relaxation after coming back from the city tour.

No accommodation available in the
main building. Awkward transfer of baggage to hotel annexe down the street. Noisy reconstruction going on in adjoining building. Room pleasantly and tastefully furnished, but small. Elevator to reception and breakfast area on sixth floor of the main building is too small (an unavoidable feature of buildings of this vintage in Rome) to be adequate for guests and luggage, hence much waiting time involved, and several trips up and down to transport luggage may be necessary. The hotel seems to have grown (with annexe) since I stayed here years ago, and is not as pleasant as before. Internet service is now suspended, supposedly because of security requirements.

The construction noise was off-putting, and the issue of having to go from the annexe to the main hotel area (on the sixth floor of a different building) for reception, breakfast, and departure protocol is also a problem. The elevator is a problem too, since it's too small to cope with current needs, but that cannot be changed since it occupies the former stairwell of the building and is structurally unalterable (many hotels in Rome share the same problem, so the best thing is to find hotels with reception adn breakfast area at ground level).

Small, tastefully decorated hotel in a convenient location--a relatively quiet street close to the main station. Difficult to access with luggage because of the location of reception area and small size of elevator. Friendly staff. Reasonable value.

The condition of the room was good - clean and reasonably comfortable. However, an unacceptable level of noise (loud talking, heavy walking and general 'party' noise) was most disturbing on both of our nights between the hours of midnight and 3 am. The noise was obviously generated by management/staff and only stopped after we called and complained.

Very very friendly. We had mentioned in our email it was our honeymoon and we were congratulated on arrival and told there was a bottle of bubbly chilling to have when we wanted !!

The air conditioning is not working between the hours 10:00-18:00 during the day.
