Compulsory DEPOSIT of 1 or 2 nights. Gentlemans Agreement:-UP TO 15 DAYS from arrival date you lose it -WITHIN 15 DAYS you have to pay the remaining part of your stay - which is at check in, or through debiting your card in - case of no-show. It will no longer be possible to REFUND you unless we give your room out again, in this case we will return part or all the charge (also your deposit) according to the nights we can sell out and only retain bank commissions.
