The room was ok but the bathroom was too small.Tough to take a shower when you're over 1m80.. Breakfast could also be better. The orange juice for example tasted like water... Undrinkable.
The staff is very friendly.

It's a nice and clean Hotel near the Termini Station. The price is ok but don't expect too much.

Only critisisme is towards the breakfast, that was very poor. When the website says breakfast buffee you think it to be a bit more that what it was. Otherwise a brilliant hotel to the price.

I would recommend it as a clean and affordable place that is not to big but very nice and new facilities all over - good value for money

Recently refurbished - all nice new and shiny. Friendly & helpful staff. Although opposite Termini and on a busy road absolutely no noise at all. Just a wee bit away from the main attractions but the walk back after a night out helps dinner settle. Good value.

It was a very nice hotel, but they have to look into sound isolation between the rooms. I noticed that the door was undercut with couple of cenitmeters, it was very loud in the mornings. All doors slam too much.
We enjoyed the design and the people.

They have great potential on the roof balcony, I wish I could have enjoyed it more. It look much better on the picture on the web site.

Tehy might want to state 'American' terms for bed sizes, since it's a little different. I was confused about single room and double room. Did a double room mean two beds?

Sometimes difficult to communicate with the evening staff.
The room was small for 4 people. However, very clean and comfortable.

The room refridgerator did not work.
The room was too hot. When this was queried, it was explained that air conditioning was not available.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located to the station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast though the coffee was not so good.

Hotel is fine. Room was a smallish. I wouldn't stay there for a longer time for instance. OK for very short stay.
