The receptionist was very helpful, he went out of his way to find us a restraunt to eat at upon our late arrival.

Again the staff was very helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the luggage room for the day. Even after check out.

We had a leaking tap in our room which we reported and it was never repaired. Our shower was blocked, at least that was repaired after the first night. we were a bit dissappointed. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Staff member that checked us out said that we used a different credit card booking in - a mastercard. We don't even own a mastercard.

If asked I will share my experience but maybe that was just a once off episode??

Very busy reception with only one girl trying to do everything, need more trained staff.

Very small room, the word suites implied that the rooms where bigger but it was very small. The toilet was very small and any tall person would have there knees on the door when sat on the loo.

The Standard Studio Suite was a very small room with a very small bed. A bit tight for a week-long stay. But it was very nice having the fridge and microwave, so we tolerated the compact size and occasional noise from the street.

Make it clear that the Standard Studio Suite is very compact for two people.

A decent room in a covenient location for spending a week or more in London.

The people on reception when we arrived were not at all attentive. They were chatting to each other and left us standing there waiting for them to stop their conversation and check us in.
The evening staff were far more helpful.

The room was very small.

It was not expensive compared to most London prices so you can't expect the best service or biggest, most well equipped rooms.
Good location.
