An absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel we will definitely return for another stay. The entier staff were excellent especially the conscierge who really went the extra mile to ensure we got tickets taxis etc. supberb hotel ... Great hotel in a great location ,wonderful staff excellent rooms,in fact everything you need for a visit to one of the worlds greatest cities.

On the day of arriving to Europe, I had to transfer to Belgium. Because I had 4hours I wanted to leave most of my luggage in England. People at Milestone had been very cooperative.
... It is classic country side style. I loved every bit of it. Rooms are kept tidy all the time, and I liked the way they change the towel so frequently. Concierge was good and supportive. When I have asked for the rent a car, he arranged it immidiately. Only problem I had was there are two showers, but when both of them are used, lack of hot water was evident. ... Cost performance was very high. ... How classical style it is (in the good way) and good access to Hydepark and Knightsbridge. ... British country side Relaxation in the middle of kensignton.
