A very professional and curteous staff. Extremely friendly and helpful.

One of the highlights of our trip was the stay at the Chancery.

Very efficient. The gentleman that checked us out was French and upon finding out we were going to Paris wrote down directions to an area we might wish to visit with good restaurants. Very friendly.

The spa is incredible and I don't recall if that is hyped on the website.

It was very pleasant. All the staff were attentive and courteous.

It was a wonderful experience. Although the building etc was so grand and expansive and one could have been intimidated by this the staff made you feel special and nothing was too much trouble.

It is a wonderful experience staying in a building like this with so much history and grandeur. The funny thing was that I felt so at home because of the attitude and behaviour of the staff. I would definitely go again. I did not feel it was overpriced but great value for money. I would definitely go again as a treat when going to London.
