The car was handled so we did not have to go and park it. I appreciated it as it was parked up the street and it was hot outside.

The property was also clean and well kept. The location was outstanding for everything from the view to the walk to town.

A five star hotel on the water with a view, pool, nearby town full of many wonderful restaurants and shopping. Santa Marghartia is a beautiful town and the Grand Hotel Miramare is a perfect place to stay.

Parking situation was not clear. They DO NOT provide free parking.

As they did not offer free parking as my voucher stated, they adjusted the rate to 'repay' me almost entirely for what I would have to pay to get my car out of the garage. This was satisfactory to me and I felt they did the 'right thing'.

The Hotel had some construction in process down the road which made it bit noisy but the Htoel was beautiful and the personnel were very accomodating.

a beautiful luxury hotel with views of the sea. comfortable accomodations. make sure you get a room with a sea view. I would definitely stay at this hotel if we return to the area.

Porter helpful in taking car - friendly.

Found front desk staff could be more helpful re:area transportation and schedules to sites.Also, we left early in the morning of our departure and staff would not provide us with breakfast or any food, for that matter. Thought they could have supplied us with drinks and snacks, at the least given that breakfast was included and we were not going to be present for it. It was very difficult to get our car out of the car park as the attendant would not wake up to assist us, was rude and difficult. Hotel staff, we feel, should have alerted him to our pending arrival. Disappointed, in general, with the lack of care to our circumstances given the price to stay at your resort, we did expect better service. The hotel and location were beautiful and the dining room staff were very attentive at dinner.
