As our plan, I wanted to use Sub Est train.
However, because the train was out of service, we couldn't use it and were in trouble. We knew the train was not available, just when we arrived at Bari station.
If possible, it is better to state the train schedule on your WEB site or send the information to your customers when they book.

Especially, the hotel should inform us this information, because I sent we would use the train and requested of picking up us at Alberobello station and called the hotel to tell our arrival time the day before we visited.

I would like to thank you most warmly for your very kind hospitality extended to us during our stay.

Then, it was good experience to stay at Trullo.

I don't think it was totally clear that you could stay in a trulli. I knew there were trullis on the property....I didn't figure it out until too late and there was not a trulli available.

very nice, but for a true Alberobello experience, book a trulli, otherwise, it is just a nice hotel that you could stay in anywhere....there is nothing about the hotel that is inidicative of Alberobello, unless you stay in a trulli.

I asked for three individual beds and there was only one bed and a sofa bed. They did add an additional twin bed when we asked for it without any problem. They did indicated that the info sent by WorldBy only indicated 3 persons, not 3 beds. My voucher did say 3 beds.

Really nice, but tiny bathroom as expected in a trulli apartment, I suppose.
