Although the voucher did not say 'sea view', nor did I request it, it will be recommendable to add this when booking, I guess to avoid potential disappointement.

The 3 days we stayed was a very quiet period for the hotel, with about 10 bookings(20 people maximum. So the staff was very dedicated and taking very good care of us.

Location is quiet, slightly remote from the main town centre, 10 minutes walk to the nearest shops/restaurants, but 35 minutes walk to the town centre if people wish to walk and have no car. Excellent location away from the extremely busy/noisy streets of Giardini Naxos.

Excellent quiet retreat in Giardini with great pool area with a sea/bay view. Friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. Close to local amenities by foot but preferable to have a car, free easy access parking. Breakfast is the weakness where more was expected from a 4* hotel. Breakfast could have done with better fruit juices quality (they were highly artificial) and better variety/selection of local fruits (apples & oranges were on offer, where we were expecting fresh pineapple, watermelon, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, kiwi).

I had specifically requested a twin room (with two beds) but on arrival they were obviously hoping we were a couple. I had made a request for a sea view but this wasn't possible. The room was very small given the price.

Not sure we got the benefit of a four star hotel. Also, I would have hoped for a discount as we were staying for a full week.

The hotel breakfast was very poor. Items were continually running out and not replenished.
Dinner menu was never varied and so with limited choice encouraged you to eat out.

A quiet location and a distance from the nearest restaurants. In an elevated location so difficult location to access by anyone who has walking problems.
Good pool and public areas.
