We arrived by train and did not use your directions. It would have been useful to know about the underground walkway from the railroad station to the Piazza where the hotel is located, as it was difficult maneuvering on the sidewalks with all our luggage.

We loved the hotel and its location. Some of the staff was inexperienced and know no English at all. Others were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The breakfast was not so good as I expected for the price and overall quality of the hotel.
The only real problem was the noise of the rooms looking to the square in front of the hotel

As we stepped from the elevator on a few occasions, the odor in the hallway was not pleasant.

Nice hotel, excellent service. Never able to contact the front desk from our room or we did not know how to. Disappointed in not being able to get glasses from the lounge when the lounge was not opened.
